How do I connect Facebook to my CRM?
Click on settings > Integrations applications > Facebook Setting >Follow the instructions and then select your business page. You will see any and all forms that you have created show up below the page connection.

Can I change my virtual number?
The first prompt when you sign on is to select your virtual number. Make sure you select the area code and number that you want as we are not able to change it once selected. You ARE able to purchase a second virtual number for a one time $5 charge and set it as your default number

How do I transfer leads?
Download/export your leads from your old CRM into a CSV file and upload that file into Social CRM. You will be able to map each field and create a custom field if necessary on the fly.

How does the varying cost of texting work?
Text costs will depend on the size/length of the context. We always recommend keeping texts short but additionally we encourage you to get them on the phone with a call to avoid lengthy text conversations.

How does the pause feature work for individuals on campaigns?
The campaign will remain paused until you un-pause the campaign for a specific person.

If an email fails to send will it affect other ways of contact?
No. With a failed attempt at sending anything it will not affect other ways of contact.

Do I need to use Zapier to transfer the Facebook leads from my ad to Social CRM?
No Facebook and Social CRM have a direct connection

Is there an app?
YES! There are sleek and effective apps for both Android and IOS. Go to your store and search for SocialCRM

Is there a limit to the number of recipients that can be added to a bulk email campaign in the 
Social CRM?
Not technically, but it’s not a bulk/cold outreach platform so you should always be careful, bulk emailing as it can be flagged as spam

What happens if I run out of credits during a campaign?
Simply replenish your credits by going to settings> general settings >instant top up Next, go back to your campaign and click Start Campaign and you will be asked what you want to include as you resume the campaign.

When I try to add contacts to a campaign, the campaign is not showing up.
To be able to go to your contacts, filter who you want and then add them to a campaign, the campaign cannot be paused. Make sure the campaign is “started”.

If an email is unsubscribed does it unsubscribe from SMS messaging as well?
If the lead unsubscribes using the email link it will turn off future SMS as well.
